At DTC, we've meticulously designed our Career Navigator Program to serve as a comprehensive "One Stop Shop," ensuring that every candidate receives the attention and support they need for a successful career journey.
Our commitment begins with the initial contact, where we perform intake services, offer dedicated case management, and deliver tailored program services to participants. Aligned with the requirements of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), our eligibility criteria ensure that individuals aged 18 and older, residing in Wayne County, facing unemployment or underemployment, meeting FPG Guidelines, living in Qualified Census Tracts, and impacted by the Covid-19 Pandemic can benefit from our program.
We understand that building trust and providing guidance are crucial elements in fostering a positive transition towards program completion. That's why, at DTC, we prioritize quick, efficient services that include continuous follow-ups with each candidate until the journey is successfully completed.

Orientations
Orientations for Career Navigator will be held every Wednesday at 9am at Detroit Training Center for Career Navigation Services. To learn more about all of our programs and offerings please come to general open orientation Thursdays and Saturday at 1:00pm and Wednesdays 6pm.
