The Real Estate Sales Person Training Program is designed to prepare students with the knowledge and tools to be successful in an ever-changing market. This program is formatted to provide a broad range of topics that will prepare a professional or novice for advancement into the field. We prepared this course to make students more proficient and comfortable with various aspects of the industry. Students who complete the program will have the skills and ability to buy, sell, analyze, and remain compliant in real estate transactions.

RE 101 - Michigan Real Estate Pre-licensure

Prerequisite: 10th Grade Math & Reading Level, Medium - High Aptitude

Certification: Certificate of Completion

This program was created to prepare students with the skills necessary to pass the Real Estate Salesperson Pre-licensure exam. This 40-hour course is designed to help students pass the state licensing exam for the Michigan Real Estate Salesperson license. Topics cover include Real Estate Law, Fair Housing, Contracts, Licensing, Brokerage, Valuation, and Real Estate Ownership.
