VA students eligible for veteran education benefits can receive information regarding SAA approved programs and the necessary paperwork required to enroll. DTC has a Veteran Coordinator/Rep available to assist veterans with the process of applying for veteran education benefits. We ask students to obtain their authorization letters at least 30 days prior to class start date. Tuition is inclusive of all licensing fees, testing, supportive services and supplies unless otherwise noted in the program description.

Students receiving chapter 33 and chapter 31 benefits will be allowed to enroll in courses if they provide a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility(chapter 33) or Statement of Benefits(chapter 31) letter.
No penalty, to include the assessment of late fees, the denial of access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities. In addition we will not require students to borrow additional funds due to their inability to meet their financial obligations to the institution due to delayed disbursement of funding from the VA under chapter 33 or 31. Title 4 funding will not be delayed at any time.
