MIOSHA 6 HR
This course covers MIOSHA regulations for construction safety. The course will cover the principles of safety in typical industrial and construction environments. A wide-range of safety topics will be discussed in this course to properly prepare graduate students with update safety practices to ensure they abide regulation while on site. The course is designed to prepare students with the ability to prepare and maintain a safe working environment. Topics covered include:

Michigan Safety and Health Protection, Emergency Procedures - 2.0 hours: 9am - 11:00am
Lunch: 11:00am - 11:30am
Safety Permits, Job Site Inspections, Fall Protection Policy – 2.0 hours: 11:30pm - 1:30pm
Written Hazard Communication, Site Inspection Report – 2.0 hours: 1:30pm - 3:30pm
